Its great to see such enthusiasm for the Bronx and to network with other investors in the borough!

When you have only a hand full of properties all this does not sound like a big deal, because your excitement and enthusiasm carries you right through any obstacle you encounter, but what happens if you have 10 or 50 or 100 - and they are all in different places?

With your energy and enthusiasm you'll be able to go extremely far but with the right systems in place, you'll actually have time to enjoy the benefits of your efforts.

Present it with enthusiasm and conviction – Let the seller know that this is your offer – they are getting close to what they want, but they have to give a little also to meet their selling goals also.)How do you help ellers want to do business with you?

I'd definitely share my enthusiasm -- I think it is always good to use your friends to help motivate and inspire you.

Until the rules are modified I don't expect much enthusiasm from portals or sponsors in the real estate space.
