Newbie in the Bay Area, CA

Hello everyone, my name is Thomas Ngo. First off I'd like to say that I'm thrilled to be apart of the BiggerPockets community now! I reside in the Daly City-San Francisco area of California.

I am new to real estate, but I am eager and excited to learn about REI (and I heard that BP is a great place for that!). I am currently studying for a bachelor's degree in business administration at San Francisco State University. I find real estate attractive because it is a road that can lead to financial freedom.

Goals in real estate are to wholesale properties and gain valuable experience, and to be an investor and buy/flip/hold property. 

A friend of mine who is the one that got me interested in real estate introduced me to BiggerPockets.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
