I've encountered the same issue with being "banned" from Face Book Market Place this morning.I posted a house for rent on Friday and received 30+ inquiries over the weekend. 

How is that good for any family.if you had 20K in the Bank would you allow the Bank to Keep the $20,000.00 if you Died why is the insurance company allowed to keep your savings if you DIE honestly it is a scam.....

Single family units are more than plentiful in this area so that was my target, however,  since our recent encounters with multiple hurricanes, insurance makes it near impossible to even remotely turn a profit as a landlord.  

This is surely a scam but I can't figure out the angle.  

Because it takes repetition for people to remember things and you have to be top-of-mind when they encounter a potential client for you!

We would follow abandonment processes for getting possession back and storing belongings.But we are less likely to encounter this because we have this clause in our rental agreement:In the event of abandonment, arrest or death, the following person has the authority to decide when to terminate tenancy and how to store/distribute my belongings:Name: ____________________________________________________Address: ____________________________________________________Phone #: ____________________________________________________If we have an applicant who will be living alone we include this wording.

Its definitely not a scam but like most training, much of the info has been posted elsewhere for free and its not cheap.

As explained in a previous reply, my intention with the questions I posted was since it is known in the past few years there’s been an increase in real estate investing in Lisbon by US investors I wanted to know if the ones who do invest here were on this platform.No fishy or scam business on this side.Thank you for your answer. 

We did this with our other rentals, but this is the largest negative cash flow we've encountered.
