It seems to me that I can challenge the lender advising that I’m not obligated to honor their demand, and to force me to do so would empower me to file a formal complaint with the state Attorney Generals Office.

Government agencies like HUD, real estate commissions etc are empowered to create regulations and have hearings that create their own case law.

I empower my team to solve problems on their own and only include me when necessary.
