I'm considering a place in 78727 and while it's close to the Domain, I'm not quite sure if there's as much rental demand up there for single rooms.

Near Domain (North Austin). 

I'm looking at areas near Domain, soccer stadium, Apple campus, Pflugerville, and Manchaca.

my clients that do mainly section 8 do this as a matter of course.. 

They failed to fill a vacancy over the past few months, were not responding to most of my communications, and recently they went offline (their site is offline, and their email domain is also offline, emails bounce back).I have never even seen this property in person.( I hired my own trusted inspector when I made the purchase -- which gave me the confidence to purchase) -- but now I feel a little lost in this current situation.What are my options at this point?

It's close to the Domain and somewhat close to Austin, my home is within walking distance of Dell round rock campus, but I don't see many tech workers living around here.

You can also find decent deals on 1990s homes from home wholesalers.1980s homes (you cannot move in homes pre-1976 because they do not have HUD seals) are the domain of Craigslist, driving through parks looking for "For Sale" signs, and similar avenues.

Lot's of people on here know that domain really well and can help you out.
