One thing, no pun intended, I am planning to do is read and digest legal documents periodically. 

I have begun to play in this arena, found an awesome local Cleveland, Ohio Platform - they have an awesome Q&A area, really simple to digest and understand.

I will most likely re-read this chapter again and try to digest a little bit more.

I've been listening to the podcasts and trying to read all the books, so looking for as much information as I can digest. 

I'd start with that education tab and use the "guides" section (especially the Ultimate Beginner's Guide) or start with the education tab and use the "free course" section if you prefer to digest info as videos. 

So you can spend the rest of your life digesting the information out there.I would suggest that you focus on what aspects of real estate really spin your wheels an focus on that.
