Hey guys, I'm brand new to the site and the community. I'm not completely new to investing, but I am to real estate investing. Ive read through some of the forums and blogs here. Just looking for any more help and first hand experience from you guys. I'd like to learn about low to no money investing and even about putting down payments down. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. - Rob

@Robert Aiken there are creative ways to put low or no money down and @Jennifer King mentioned some resources, but it is going to be easier if you have some money saved up. My advice is to reduce your spending and find a way to save some cash, not just for a down payment, but also as an emergency fund for repairs and vacancy.
