Definitely a hard time to be a buyer, both for occupants and investors.I was hopeful that one of the unintended side effects of the oil slump would be percentages coming back down to earth.

There are no secrets in real estate... there is greater knowledge  some have it some don't then there is luck and market timing which can be seen as luck or really smart investing or a combination.buying a great value and refinancing out money is hardly earth shattering.. or new or some secret concept.On the flip side there is such a thing as IP and certain knowledge you gain that can give you an edgefor me when I was buying court house steps I would get approached all the time when people saw me buy 3 props in 1 hour for a million bucks.... they want to start asking questions of course.. and Of course I just politely tell them I learned the foreclosure game over many years and its all public knowledge and I suggest they go study it.
