Real estate is still a people business.

Haven't seen much activity on BP lately up here in the NorCal region, I'm sure everybody is busy out there taking on some great deals.

It did fantastic and I parlayed the profits into growing the business I have today.But that was 2016. 

At the end of the day, most loan officers are in the business to close loans.

My business partner and I actually own a portfolio of STR's in the area, so if you wanted some insight on that business I'm happy to share as well!

No business can humanly exist selling say a loaf of bread on Monday at one value, and come Friday when they go to reorder items to produce more bread, 10% of the sale $ they took in has evaporated into thin air. 

One I am still learning, and would love to incorporate into my business.
