Now the hard part- As we said, we will do everything we can to help those among us that have legitimate employment or health issues due to Coronavirus.But, since some people would be less than honest and attempt to take advantage of this situation… If you become ill and it affects your ability to pay your rent, we are going to require a written doctor’s excuse.If you can’t work due to shutdowns etc, there should be government relief available to you.
