Concerns that coronvirus will leave tenants unable to pay rent
So i rent out a couple rooms in a house hacking situation. I am anticipating that at least one of the tenants will be under or unemployed due to the coronavirus, and since they live paycheck to paycheck, they will not be able to make rent. They haven't said this, so I am only speculating.
I am not sure if/how I should cover rent for them, or if i should be considering at all (there is a moral dilemma here). I can't really afford to cover their rent because I will need to replace my dad's income, if he loses his job due to coronavirus.
Anyone in a similar situation or have feedback? Thanks!
