If you have done your research and due diligence then you are going to know if that great looking 300 dollar formica countertop and stick on vinyl floor versus the 2000 dollar granite and ceramic tile floor is going to be acceptable in your price range and neighborhood.

Ceramic tile on the counter tops. 6" tile, NO BULLNOSES or rounded edges at the front, did not use hardi backer, just glued it to the plywood.

I believe you can pick out 3-phase by looking at the high voltage lines - this are the ones with the stacked ceramic insulators.

@Matthew Paul Yep, ran into the same thing with ceramic tile in the kitchen adding an inch to the front and making it super difficult to replace the dishwasher.
