The reason for the comparison is for me to try and understand the sectors and different types of real estate (SFH, townhomes, apartments, duplexes, quadplexes, commercial, storage, single tenant NNN, etc.)

Hey, BP I'm currently conducting due diligence on a self-storage facility and need some guidance on where to start.

The model will seem like it will work, but what happens is that a small market shift tanks the entire algorithm in one month and then you can't sell anything.

So we are looking at building a 100 unit storage facility.
