I can say this - we live in NC and currently use Block Realty here for our property management and the different is night and day.

North Carolina, as an example, is Non-Judicial--but has the fun quirk of ten day upset bid periods during foreclosure.

We have a property in costal NC and selling is just a death trap of taxes.
