Construction Loan for Investments

I've spoken with a few lenders about getting a construction loan for two lots we'd like to put investment properties on but I can't seem to find a lender that will do it. The two lots are in Corolla, NC and Virgil, NY. Our LLC is on the deed to both lots. Any guidance on how best to make this happen would be greatly appreciated.
