I have been on Fiverr today consider buying a gig for SEO.

I then test and create my own seo methodologies satisfying those reasons and more.  

I'm reaching to motivated sellers as a cash buyer and am curious what methods others have taken.My site is SEO optimized and I'm following a plan to get higher ranked but have been advised it can take 6 - 12 months to move to page 1.

Although I make sure to optimize my on-page SEO for geo-targeted keywords by using A-I-O SEO, or Yoast plugin.Then I would recommend adding additional pages in your footer to please the Google bot if you will.

Ultimately I found my deal by chance through Zillow so I have not tired the marketing and SEO strategies yet.
