West Temple on both sides of 2305 (also called Adams Ave) has newer homes, as does some parts of the Canyon Creek area in South Temple.

I think the mistakes make the better information.I purchased a lien on a property in Coal Creek Canyon area, in Jefferson county, Colorado and it turned out that the property doesn't actually exist, or fully exist as the survey that was originally performed created questions about the boundaries with regard to another survey.
