I had an Audible credit and it was between that Josh's book on Rental Property Investing or Shark Tank (how different would my life be if I downloaded Shark Tank instead?).

Hello again BP community, It's Josh Cunningham, wholesaler/investor in the Columbus OH market with another SCN question.First, a little backstory on the situation.

Thank you @Josh C. and @Nathan G. for the advice.

For the last month it's all I have been listening to in the car, and I have Joshes book on No Money Down investing on by bedside table right now thanks to her sending it to me. 

@Josh Fuller excuse the brevity but the bottom line is do whatever you have to do to get your next unit, as long as you are able to manage and maintain both homes, that means keep them rented with good tenants and maintain repairs cost effectively.

So, I set off on a quest to learn about business and that's when I discovered a book that has forever changed my life since then - The Personal MBA by Josh Kaufman.

I've been procrastinating on doing this post, despite spending many hours reading through the site and listening to podcasts 1 through 45 as of today, constantly given the constant encouragement from Josh and Brandon that is essential to jump right in..
