The problem was the landlord verification was "fishy" because my LL was a friend and lived at the same address as I rented...to make it worse we were stationed together (Navy) and rode to work together.

Towards New Holland...I went to school in West Chester...probably about 35-40 minutes from French Creek Park.

My husband is active duty navy so we have learned to use our transient lifestyle as an asset.  

As it turns out, the property has a water intrusion problem in the basement, which I was hoping to address with a French Drain system.

I wish I had done this 15 years ago when I got out of the Navy.

I had a huge curtain rod with curtains In the family room over two French doors.

One one hand you could say as long as the french drain has been around but on the other hand, it would have been after they stopped using hallowed out tree trunks for pipe.
