My rental has a few leaks from a poorly done flip at the hose bib on an enclosed patio and under the sink from the spray hose and garbage disposal.  

I'm interested in knowing how someone like myself with no knowledge of the industry can find something like this when there are plenty of more skilled people doing the same thing with better tools and connections at their disposal to find all the good deals.

Give them the proceeds, continue to have them pay their mortgage from the rent proceeds.Hopefully they will live a good, long life and this situation continues for many years.However, when the inevitable happens, the house will be disposed of according to their will.
