Some good ideas up there.Why notIdentify the property with the equity you're looking forKnowing the area, you shouldknow what price range it should beDrive by and see what it's likeSend your letter, but now one that is more tailored to the particular property.Give it three days and followup with a cold call.Seems to me that sending 600 out is a little over the top that puts you in a position to work your tail off.

Plus those threads that are linked in that post now get brought back to life every now and then with a comment or question - and that is also a good thing IMO, because it places new discussion on the tails of the prior discussions and builds upon that or clarifies that discussion.There's nothing to stop anybody from doing something similar.
