And lastly, when Pace introduces a concept in the subto course and reassures us that all our questions and objections will be answered because "we'll go into all that later on in the course," does he actually answer them or does he keep kicking the can down the road till you get to another paywall?

Just dropping in to introduce myself to the community!

Hey Guys,Four years ago a colleague of mine introduced me to the bigger pockets podcast and I have been an avid listener since then.

not necessarily a new member but Ive been lurking in the background on and off, finally decided to introduce myself. 

I’ve been introduced into the REI world recently and have been looking at getting started ever since.

A few weeks after paying the $25k, we set up our first meeting with our assigned CPA and started the so-called “advanced tax courses” provided, which are generic modules that only vaguely introduce financial concepts, topics, and terminology.
