My name is Dylan, I'm 19 years old and attending a local college here in Columbus, OH. I've been introduced into the REI world recently and have been looking at getting started ever since. Being in college, student athlete, and new to the space, capital and time are a struggle to me. The avenues in REI I'm looking at getting involved in are fix & flips, wholesaling, and rentals. If anyone has opportunities, tips, or ways to help me get started, that would be great!
