Heck, I used to go to lowes and home depot in the am.

My current situation:  Renting a 2bd/1ba apartment in a garden-style apartment complex. 

Of course our garages look like a regular Home Depot Store because we might buy stuff we need or not need when it's on sale, but  we don't include all the items we bought on sale to fix up our homes as inventory. 

Hi Guys, Originally, I started looking into the following markets:League City, TXKATY, TXTEXAS CITY,  TX PEARLAND, TXNORMAN, OKWINTER GARDEN, FLBOERNE, TX It is too much to keep track of all these markets, so my goal is to cut down my markets to 3 markets this week.

Do you handle the gardening?

Almost everything else can be planned out in advance or at least work completed within a reasonable time period(1 to 3 weeks).I order appliances from Home Depot and have them delivered, they take away the old one.

I have a ton of Home Depot and Lowe's receipts that I have no idea if the materials are paint or cabinets etc.

Learn how to do some of those repairs, read home improvement books, spend enough hours in Home Depot and Lowes checking prices that everyone knows your name.

To clean this one I used a garden sprayer with vinegar and water 50/50, a sponge mop and another guy with a towel. 

Most plans seems to cover basics, but should I be cautious about hiring daily workers (i.e. front of Home Depot,..)my project is in San Bernardino County (California) area.
