Theres a lot of mobile park in Anchorage, Alaska so I was thinking about going around with my brother n putting up sign on there door about buying their mobile home.  

Technology isn't my strong point and my brother usually handles it but what we use is (really, it's called this) House Flipping Spreadsheet.

After closing, myself and brother (his children) are quitclaimed and added as joint tenants (lender is fine with this).

My twin brother and I are both interested in investing in real estate. 

I'm an Army vet myself (medically retired last year) and my brother is a C-17 pilot.This is slightly off topic, but one of the best things I did in my career was every time I got a raise or promotion, I socked that money away because I figured I lived on that pay last year, I can this year, too. 

She then told me that her Brother in law got out of jail and found her to get his kids.

My brother is a real estate inspector and recently got a list of foreclosed properties from a few local banks to get ready for market.
