It's located in a hip and gentrifying neighborhood in Seattle called Phinney Ridge and close proximity to downtown and other desirable neighborhoods.

It gives you a chance to inspect the decking, put better underlayment on, improve the ridge vent if necessary, replace flashing, and takes a ton of weight off the roof that depending on where you live may not appreciate the added weight of a second set of shingles and snow load.

Around 5 mile radius of Domain you have the new & old apple campus, Tech Ridge (GM, Dell, Samsung, Blue Apron & several other companies in Parmer Village) and other software/ hardware companies (Visa, Paypal, Ebay, Oracle, Qualcomm, National Instruments, polycom etc..).

Pleasant Ridge and Norwood are also great neighborhoods and have received a lot of attention from investors over the last year or so.

So the duplexes are next to summit ridge apartments and just south of Broadway Park (77 and Hefner).  

I've lived in East Ridge, Redbank and also North GA (literally down the road from Lake Winnie lol).

I invest in Charlotte as well as short term rental in the blue ridge mountains (Beech Mtn).

We live out in Holly Ridge and use David Waggoneer from Crew Insurance for Dwelling on our rental.

We are moving to Austin during summer/fall time and looking of new homes. we know Palmera Ridge and Bluffview Leander are further north, please share you opinion about future development in these area. 

Hell, the owner said he hunts and harvests elk right at the top of the ridge behind the house and shoots a few turkeys each year.I'm thinking of buying this but the seller is firm on their $700k asking price.
