Mayfield Ranch vs Palmera Ridge (PR) vs Bluffview (BV) Leander
We are moving to Austin during summer/fall time and looking of new homes. we know Palmera Ridge and Bluffview Leander are further north, please share you opinion about future development in these area.

Mayfield Ranch is more north central whereas as these two are more NW. I have done multiple sales in Mayfield and really like that community and the development coming around there
