The agent said they've been planing to get a lockbox on the property ASAP, but he wasn't planning to make a special trip down there for this "field trip" of sorts.

The acronym I use to capture all expenses is MICE TRIP V.

You should plan a trip back sometime.

It was tough living with our parents for 7 months and commuting 70 miles round trip to Chicago from the northern suburbs to look at properties but it was worth it!

I have another trip upcoming to check out one of those TK providers you mentioned and would love to share notes.

It would be a cold trek in the morning to make a trip to the bathroom.

It looks to be a little difficult to book trips though.
