I’ll be in town for the weekend and looking to network with and learn from some of the SoCal investors.

I would like to network this idea with as many of people as possible!

I am open to any suggestions on books and/or Investors I should be looking into to help me on this journey.I look forward to networking with you all!

Desperately looking for Mentors and build a good network.

Checkout the local Meetups in the area and networking.

I put the money in the Roth into index funds that track the wide market.

I have looked on Costar for individuals who have done 1031 Exchanges, peeped at alternative websites who act as either a brokerage or glorified listing service, called into my local networks, sifted through hedge fund managers, etc.  

If you want to do that in the RE world, you should explore wholesaling, that is the only way I am aware that you can still be in the game and network without having to have any money.

Also, a wide range can give some guidance (e.g, $20-30K). 

I’ve been wholesaling for 6 months now in the Los Angeles area, I’ve closed only a couple small deals, but I’m still working on closing my first BIG deal, I’m looking to network with more experienced wholesalers in my area who are crushing it.
