Newbie from Prince George's County, Maryland

Hello Investors,

My name is David Edge from PG county, Maryland. I am 31 years old and have no experience in Investing. My goal right now is to learn as much as I can so I can build a decent portfolio. I have wanted to get into REI for years now, but I am finally deciding to actually do something. Finding BP has been the best thing I could ask for to get me started. I always had this misconception that I needed thousands of dollars to learn the ropes and thousands more to start investing.

I am mainly interested in wholesaling and renting both single and multifamily properties. Like I said, I don't know much at the moment but I look forward to learning. I am currently enjoying the The Ultimate Beginners Guide, The Book on Investing with No or Low Money Down, and number of youtube channels. I am open to any suggestions on books and/or Investors I should be looking into to help me on this journey.
