Hello everyone.  I am Derek from Huntington Beach CA.  I am new to the world of RE Investing.  I am excited to be here and looking forward to learning as much as I can and also looking forward to meeting so many great people.  I am interested learning about rental properties for single family or duplex's for cash flow investments.    I am and would also be open to building a business partnership with like minded individuals as well.
