If you live in a large city (top 10 type city), your PHA probably uses the 50th %ile to help open up more of the city to Section 8 voucher holders.

They don't accept your credit card vendor (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)I could be missing a few possibilities but you get the point.

Do they just remain in default until the property is either 1.) sold or 2.) foreclosed on by the 1st position lien holder - all irrespective of the borrower coming current of course.

My question is more geared towards if there are any potential negative consequences vis-a-vis my real estate investment business and getting financing;  as in, will a bank care if I am the sole employee of my C-Corp and, on paper, derive most of my income from that C-Corp?

What position lien holder are they? 

It was my understanding that per the mortgage paperwork the trust would have to be listed on their and not just my LLC as holders of the policy but I can verify with lawyer.
