If they hired a photographer, you need that photographer’s permission.  

Consider a combat veteran that was overseas in the trenches getting shot at while the politician who sent them was chilling in the a/c getting paid more.  

I realize property taxes would increase on our current home as veteran and homested exemptions would no longer apply to that house.

I am a veteran and this house spoke to me and gave me a sense of peace so letting it go is difficult 

You know this story, the OP got in over his head huge....bought 2 lots, attempted a custom home build with no experience...wouldn't listen to basic advice from the veterans here who've been getting our collective arse's kicked for decades.

What is especially troubling is that they have a photograph copy of the signed lease which my tenant had signed and texted back to me.

I found this study of a data-driven analysis helpful, BUT...I am not a photographer so I hired one for about $300 to take interior, exterior & drone shots.
