@Candace Postell, you can look up "Tools" > "Fileplace" (top of the screen) regarding the Contract/s you would need.I reckon a better question is: why would you EVER want to find your own Buyer/s, if you're not a Real Estate professional?

So, changing it dramatically will take time - if you could erase years of mistakes in just a few weeks, the credit score would not be a very useful tool for lenders and landlords, right?

They have research tools to help you build lists for direct mail campaigns, but you still have to send out the mail (they can do this for you too, but it's pricey.)Part of the issue with me is that I have access to the local MLS and have can get most of the same information that I was using realeflow for.
