Right now this is what I’m seeing:1. 3-4 months minimum, possibly longer to get a survey (you need 2-3 phases of survey from the moment you close on construction loan through the foundation build)2.

Just wondering since I spoke with someone who stated that the membership will cost around 12k per year 😂.

@Adah N.This is survey gives a key metric that is helpful when looking at deals.

But they are listed in the extensive analytical data that is yours when you purchase one of our Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or Bronzed Turd memberships.

They all want to sell, BUT the hold up is funding the survey, attorney fees, and so forth.

And as an added bonus, according to a recent BP survey, Memphis is the number 1 market in the US for strong rent-to-value ratios.
