congrats Jacob...there are some great threads, with photos even, on section 8 on bigger pockets....I think you may be on to something, though, on the demographics and if all the surrounding units are renting to section 8 and everyone calling is asking about it, then you may end up filling it with section 8, but really, really study it first...
