My name is Jaslyn. I am currently studying to become  a real estate agent in my state of Ohio. My focus will be on residential properties. I will sell and list Homes of course but I'm very enthusiastic💆 about this site as certainly  I hope to gain great professional  partnerships. I have the tools and the knowledge as well as the key resources and programs  to turn my investment partnerships into a full time "quit your job in 6 months" business. I'm a numbers girl. I understand The Ohio market to where my partners and I would have no choice but to benefit from cash flow, and keep investing. I'm looking into 6 unit plus apartment buildings and house flips. Im already set up with  lender at 3.2 %, I can add qualified investors to my loan. My interests rate can be lowered for maximum results.
