Hello BP Family! 

My name is Sernel Joseph from Houston ,Texas. I am in the beginning stage  of my real estate investing career, I am very much interested in wholesaling, fix and flips, buying-hold and rentals.

After graduating from college with a Bachelors Degree  in Structural Engineering, certain things in my life happened and made me realized that this was not my calling and by listening to different podcasts on my commute to work, one of the podcast that changed my mindset was "The Flipping Empire Pod Cast" with Nasar Elarabi and Christopher Seder. When they interviewed Mike Flowers from Florida I loved the confidence he spoke with about how much he loves doing what he does and the fact that we were about the same age made me realize that I can do it too. Just thinking about fixing a home brings me joy inside I picture myself doing that soon so I keep myself motivated each day going into work by listening to more podcasts to see my vision a lot clearer.  

After listening to several podcasts about real estate investing, many recommended joining Bigger Pockets. Upon joining I must say that  I am impressed by the support members of the Bigger Pockets  community gives to fairly new investors seeking knowledge about the business. Hopefully you guys could help me on my journey to fulfilling my dream of becoming a successful real estate investor.
