(Management contract ends 2 weeks prior to tenant lease ends)I was thinking of sending a letter in the mail introducing myself lettIbh the tenant know my plans two months prior to the lease ending.

I do a drive by every couple of weeks.

Take it from me, I have a 30 unit that keeps me awake at least two nights a week.  

We are actually going to be driving through next week heading to Seattle so we are going to check things out while there and maybe meet a few people to discuss this with while in Vegas

There's been two threads discussing this in the past week.

I attended Dave Lindahl's Multifamily seminar last week and while I refused to buy his system, it got the fires burning so I'm ready to get my own projects going!

It would take a week or two to drive to any spot do the whole look around and drive back with a complete report on the property. 

Your husband only has 40-50 hours to work per week.
