hello bp Community. Can anyone recommend towns in Dallas good for multifamily investing? I might visit next week and would like to look up some property management companies. However, not sure which town to choose. Thank you.

Happy investing!

@Maria T. I would suggest connecting with brokers as they will be able to better guide you. There is a ton of competition for a scarce amount of properties (hard to make 1970s vintage properties today). If you try to do it yourself, you will run into a ton of headaches.
