@Angela Li you are contradicting yourself.To be able to garnish & collect a tenant, you will need the info you state you do not want to be responsible for.Can't have it both ways.Maybe hire a PMC?

I like it because I'm slowly filling up my pad with helpful info, so I won't forget it even though I don't need - for example - advice on how to screen a tenant yet, since I haven't even bought my first property.
