Due to this recent outbreak my closing rescheduled and now schedule for next week I am not working on my regular W-2 job and hoping this will resolve soon and hopefully we can go back to normal routine I am trying to figure out if I need reschedule my closing 4-8 weeks and wait until this outbreak resolves or should I do closing next weekI have already made $10 k my earnest money and would appreciate if you can give me your expertise and recommendations Thank yuh Stay safe

We had another small area in the back we put a fence around and made into a dog park. 

The way to go is the bulletin boards in their break rooms, the online employee groups, even sometimes boards that are next to the machines where they pay for parking in the hospital garages.

The hottest places to do that in San Antonio are the near east side neighborhoods, Denver heights, Dignowity Hill, even some parts of highland park now.

I hope everyone is staying safe out there during these unprecedented times.I wanted to ask the community, a rough ball park figure on what it would cost to build an ADU of let's say 500 sq. ft. with one bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, for a structure that is ALREADY existing and what it would cost to build from the ground up. 

In Portland though with all the building of apartments with no parking or garages and homes with no parking or garages I think well placed ones will do fine no matter. this really dawned on me on my last project in Portland which was 3 homes one detached two attached on a 40X 80 lot ..

Often there are some other little benefits like this, parking, outdoor lights, fencing, landscaping (or lack thereof) Cons include loss of control.

I’m trying to get ball park estimates for water and sewer, home insurance  and trash removal on a triplex I’m calling the appropriate companies to ask but no one is picking up on Saturday.
