At what point do you think the trust was established?

These are obviously uncharted waters, and I want to be respectful to my tenants (and keep them safe) while also getting my unit rented. 

That's why I asked about Massey... if they're less expensive and an established company, I might start passing their info on instead. 

With respect to house hacking, if the property is that expensive, I'd recommend roommates in addition to renting out the other side.

You need to build a relationship with one that’s what makes them “investor friendly” start reaching out to title companies introduce yourself and work on establishing a relationship.

I have total respect for these two individuals.And I know many could not afford this form of charity but I think those that can this just shows that Americans  can and will Rally especially now with our health professionals on the front lines.. 

I respect your opinion, but that's what we do as wholesalers we help people out with their problems so it's not out of the question that she would sell for that low.
