We try to buy a personal property at every duty station and rent it out when we leave.

The property is located just 0.3 miles from the Metro-North "Mt Vernon West" Station with access to Grand Central in Manhattan in approximately 30 minutes.Not sure if it's a faux pas to post this ^^ I'm more interested in learning than someone who's better capitalized 'stealing' this particular deal.

I recently heard on one of the local news stations that there's an estimated 10,000 home shortage.  

I visited my brother when he first got stationed at Fort Campbell in KY/TN and was amazed the amount they were paying for a single wide trailer (and was automatically taken out of his check).

I received mail from the court station I can set a hearing with in 20 days.  

I've organized one in Yokosuka with mixed results. at times we've had strong participation from a few members, at other times weak participation from several members, but inevitably, it falls apart due to the military community members changing duty stations.
