Risk/Reward is tough at this price.  

Huntsville has seen 11% growth since 2010 and is anchored by strong economic drivers, including the Redstone Arsenal, a Toyota manufacturing plant, NASA, Boeing, and numerous other major technology and aerospace companies.

So, the rewards and interest free period all depend on which credit card you pick/get. 

Regardless, it is enormously rewarding, both financially and personally.

Meeting and "picking the brains" of fellow local "real estate contacts" can be very rewarding and may turn out to be very profitable!

In my eyes they are expensive, old, outdated, not energy efficient and have numerous other issues. 

I've had this happen numerous times.

People who work hard to get where they are should get rewarded.
