We didn’t have one and our very first guest lost the key and called and woke us up at three in the morning because they couldn’t get in.!

They can be difficult to get a hold of sometimes, although I call when they open in the mornings or send an email.The contractors they hire are expensive compared to the PMs who have their own contractors....much more than the ones I have in Ohio.
