I have spent the last several months watching videos and reading books on how wonderful real estate as an investment vehicle. 

I watched a YouTube video from BP and was hooked.

Have been lurking on the boards, videos, and podcasts for a while have ran the numbers posted below.

Bigger pockets has calculators on here and they also have a video on YouTube to break down what I did above.

I've been a member for about 5 months now and I stopped due to confusing and fear, but my mind couldn't stop thinking about Real Estate and I keep watching webinars, here, watching real estate videos by Graham Stephen ( the man the recommended here) and Meet Kevin.  

theres some good youtube videos on the subject, and what relevant questions to ask,asking the right questions is the key!

Wholesaling is often seized on by folks who have little or no money, little knowledge, and just a tad bit of motivation based on some YouTube videos or guru course they paid way too much money for. 

Robert,  YouTube has some videos to explain basics. 

As I watch some of the informational videos from the BiggerPockets podcasts one of the main things that are talked about are cutting your unnecessary spending. 

I take a video on move in so i have proof of what it looks like before they moved in.
