Wholesalers who don’t follow through

I love BP! However, there are an awful lot of so called wholesalers who message me through here or on my Facebook profile from here. Every time they say I have XYZ property are you interested? I say please send me the information. They ask for my email and I send it. They just send a typed out paper like this:

ARV 100K

Approx. Repairs $20K

Price 50K

Don’t ask for a discount! I typically respond please send me address for due diligence and then I hear nothing. Is this something common with everyone else on here?
