Taking a another shot ( I wanna start with Wholesales)

Posted

Hello, all. I've been a member for about 5 months now and I stopped due to confusing and fear, but my mind couldn't stop thinking about Real Estate and I keep watching webinars, here, watching real estate videos by Graham Stephen ( the man the recommended here) and Meet Kevin.  So, I'm starting again and taking it step by step for I think would work bet for me.

I know I wanna start with doing wholesaling. So, I recently started watching the Bigger Pocket Podcast videos, on youtube. After watching  Pocast #91 Introduction to Real Estate Whole (twice).  I realized that I need to get a skill in marketing. I'm coming this career with no experience and no money. I'm looking into finding a 2nd income to support restate. I have a family to support.

Would having a Marketing skill a good start. Are there any other recommendations I should consider?  I'm trying to get my feet wet over the next 3 months. One of my habits, I find myself doing is driving around random neighborhoods looking for homes for sale.  Thank you.

P.S. I'm not a pro member yet cuz I wanna see where this goes. With that being said, I 'm gonna be a bit more active and goal my goal. :)
