That is the best way to jumpstart a career in this game.

It is a numbers game but the amount of time, money, and energy spent on marketing to find these would probably not be worth it.

I've walked away from numerous properties during the due diligence process, its just part of the game.

I'm considering the possibility of other counties or areas, but within a few hours drive so I am able to do that and don't feel my hands are tied being too far away.I do see some MH for reasonable prices, but wasn't sure if that was a smart move in this game.
